Located in room Precis 405, the laboratory has an infrastructure with ergonomic tables and chairs where up to 30 researchers can work. The laboratory also has equipment specialized in RFID configurations, high-performance computers, digital oscilloscopes, equipment for measuring / generating signals of recent generation and high precision. Conditions are provided for carrying out research in proportional pneumatic systems.

The following types of activities are carried out in the laboratory:

  • Smart cards with and without contacts in access control applications, high-performance PWM-operated pneumatic systems, I/O Link type monitoring and control systems.
  • Integrated Product Identification and Tracking System:
    • Industrial RFID System: 1 unit for automatic identification and tracking of intelligent products.
  • Computers and Workstations:
    • Desktop Computers: 7 units available for research and development tasks.
    • Laptops: 20 units for flexible and mobile computing needs.
  • Furniture and Workspaces:
    • Customized Work Tables: 6 units designed to accommodate specific project requirements.
  • Measurement and Testing Equipment:
    • Digital Oscilloscopes: 2 units for precise electronic signal measurement and analysis.
    • Measurement and Testing Apparatus: Various devices for assessing and validating system performance.
  • Visual Presentation Tools:
    • Video Projector: 1 unit for presentations, demonstrations, and collaborative work.
  • Electronic Components:
    • Passive and Active Electronic Components: A range of components for building and testing electronic circuits and systems.
  • Actuators:
    • Proportional Pneumatic Actuators: Devices for precise control in automation systems.
    • Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) Controlled Actuators: Actuators driven by PWM signals for accurate motion control.
  • Integrated Modular Systems:
    • Microprocessor-Based Configurations: Customizable modular systems for embedded and control applications.
