I am a passionate computer enthusiast with extensive programming experience across various domains. My expertise spans web development, systems programming in Linux, embedded Linux, and microcontroller programming. With many years of teaching in these domains, I am dedicated to expanding my knowledge and sharing my expertise with others.

“I am not a visionary. I’m an engineer. I’m happy with the people who are wandering around looking at the stars but I am looking at the ground and I want to fix the pothole before I fall in.”
― Linus Torvalds

My journey began with web development, where I specialized in creating JavaScript-rich web applications. My early work honed my skills in crafting dynamic and responsive websites, setting me on a path to computer engineering.
After finishing my Bachelor’s degree, several opportunities opened with my newly-found knowledge. I began a lead engineering role at a startup CBNAgro.tech, where I was responsible for developing software and firmware for custom electronics. I worked on several projects focused on sensor data acquisition and automation for agricultural storage solutions, including silos and warehouses. This position allowed me to delve into the intricacies of systems programming in Linux, embedded Linux, and microcontroller programming.
My dedication to continuous learning and knowledge sharing led me to pursue a Ph.D., further deepening my expertise in these domains. As an educator, I now teach various subjects related to web development, systems programming, and embedded systems. I am committed to fostering the next generation of engineers and developers, constantly seeking to expand my knowledge and inspire others at the Faculty of Automatic Control and Computer Science, University Politehnica of Bucharest.
